Nicole Churchill is a Music Supervisor based in Detroit, MI. Starting as an intern at Fox Searchlight Pictures in 2009, she has experienced the many sides of Music Supervision in the last 12 years. From working in trailers, and ultimately expanding to all of film, ad & TV, Churchill has accumulated a breadth of knowledge in both the creative and tedious sides of music supervision.
In 2015, Churchill moved from Los Angeles to Detroit, following the whispers of a burgeoning creative community. Months later, she co-founded Assemble Sound — a label, artist management, and music supervision company. Since then, Churchill has combined her passions of pairing music with picture and supporting independent artists to help directly support local musicians. Specializing in music supervision, she’s also been trusted with professional song clearances and custom composition.
